77 Days of Discipline
Discipline isn't punishment. It's practice.
Why This Challenge
The D&D Challenge is a 77-day commitment designed to shape your faith, your body, and your character. This isn't a test of how tough you are. It's an invitation to become more intentional — with your time, your body, your faith, and the people around you.
Seventy-seven days. Five daily disciplines. One purpose: to build habits that carry long after the challenge is done.
— Proverbs 27:17
The Foundation
The Daily Requirements
Every day for 77 days, you complete all five. The goal isn't perfection — it's formation. Miss one and your 77-day streak resets. Your growth doesn't.
The Journey
77-Day Toolkit
Resources to support every discipline — faith, movement, nutrition, and community.
You don't need to know everything about nutrition to start. Keep it simple. Stay consistent. Keep moving forward. The goal isn't a perfect diet — it's a purpose and a plan.
Psalms 1–77 — one chapter each day of the challenge. The Psalms are the prayers, praises, and honest cries of people who sought God through every season. Let them shape how you talk to Him.
The Real Goal
The 77 days aren't the destination. They're the training ground.
A lot of challenges will change your body. This one is designed to change your relationship with God — and to build habits you carry forward when the challenge is done. We're not trying to create perfection in 77 days. We're helping you become more intentional with the life God gave you.
Every morning you choose Scripture before your phone. Every day you move your body as an act of stewardship. Every week you fast as a reminder that your hunger for God matters more than anything else on this list.
The habits you build in these 77 days — seeking God daily, moving with purpose, honoring your body, building others up — those are what you carry into the rest of your life. That's the point. Not the streak. Not the badge. The person you become in the process.
— Luke 9:23
77 days of picking up the cross. Not because it's hard — because it's worth it.
The Commitment
Days of Discipline
Seventy-seven days. Not a shortcut. Not a hack. A commitment to becoming more intentional with your faith, your body, and the people around you.
You will have hard days. You will want to quit. Show up anyway. That's where formation happens.
