D&D Challenge

77 Days of Discipline

A Lifestyle of Faith  ·  A Life of Purpose

Iron Sharpens
Iron.

The D&D Challenge is a 77-day commitment designed to build the whole man — body, spirit, and community. It's not about perfection. It's about discipline. It's about showing up every single day, denying yourself, and drawing closer to God through the grind.

Seventy-seven days. Five daily disciplines. One brotherhood. One God.

"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."

— Proverbs 27:17

Four Pillars

Faith
Daily time with God — prayer, scripture, and quiet reflection that anchors everything else.
Discipline
The standard is high. Grace is higher. Discipline is the bridge between calling and character.
🤝
Brotherhood
Community accountability. You don't do this alone. Iron sharpens iron — so does a brother who shows up.
🎯
Purpose
Active obedience — faith put into action. Serve, give, encourage, and walk worthy of the calling.

The Daily 5

Every day for 77 days, you complete all five. Miss one, your 77-day streak resets. Your growth doesn't.

01
📖
Seek God
30 minutes with God — prayer, scripture, reflection. Read one chapter of the Bible every day. This is the foundation everything else is built on. 30 minutes, every morning before the world gets loud.
02
Know the Word
One verse each week. Review it every single day of that week. Hide the Word in your heart. By the end of the 77 days, you'll carry 11 verses that don't leave you when life gets hard.
03
🏋️
Move with Purpose
Complete 45 minutes of intentional movement every day. Your body is a temple — honor it. This can include lifting, running, walking, BJJ, sports, cycling, or mobility and recovery work. Recovery can be intentional movement too. The goal is daily discipline and caring for what God gave you.
04
💧
Honor Your Body
Follow your nutrition plan and stay hydrated. You set the plan before you start. Then you keep it. 77 days of honoring what God gave you.
05
🤝
Build Community
Post on the D&D community page how you heard or saw God that day. This is the accountability task — the one that keeps the brotherhood tight. One post. Every day. It doesn't have to be long. It has to be real.
Deny Yourself — Fast Once a Week
Any day of the week. Your choice. Choose a day. Fast with purpose. Seek God. Grow in His Word. Fasting clears the noise and reminds your body who's in charge. This isn't optional — it's part of what separates the D&D Challenge from a fitness program.

"Less of me. More of God."

More Than Fitness.

A lot of challenges will change your body. This one is designed to change your relationship with God. The D&D Challenge believes that physical discipline and spiritual discipline are inseparable — that the man who can deny himself at the dinner table and the squat rack is the same man who can deny himself in the moments that count.

Every morning you choose the mat or the Bible before you choose your phone. Every day you move your body as an act of worship. Every week you fast as a reminder that your hunger for God is meant to exceed your hunger for anything else.

The 77 days aren't the destination — they're the training ground. The habit of seeking God daily is what you carry into the rest of your life. The discipline of showing up when it's hard is what makes you the kind of man, husband, father, and disciple God is calling you to be.

"Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me."

— Luke 9:23

That's what this is. 77 days of picking up the cross. Every morning. Before it's convenient. Before you feel like it.

Days of Discipline

Seventy-seven days. Not a shortcut. Not a hack. A commitment. The men who finish this aren't different from you — they just decided to start.

You will miss days. You will want to quit. Do it anyway. That's the point. That's where character is built.

Less of me.
More of God.
